What’s a typical day as Health Services Specialist? You’ll be:

• Providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders while maintaining confidentiality.

• Performing new patient registrations, updating patient information, and entering demographic data.

• Verifying insurance benefit coverage, ensuring accurate activations of plans, and assisting patients with registration.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of two years of experience in a medical, hospital, or clinic setting.

• Possess knowledge of insurance verification and patient registration processes.

• Are self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
