Job Description

A Fortune 100 client is building out a team and is looking for an experienced Solution Architect within ML/AI, GenAI being highly desired. This SA will work with various business sectors and stakeholders to create architectural plan/diagram based on GenAi requirements. Being able to work on 3-4 projects concurrently is critical for success. Ideally the candidate will be based in Hyderabad, but open to remote candidates within India as well. Note that candidates within Hyderabad will have option to start as a consultant and move to an FTE of end client.

Skills and Requirements

• 12-15 years of experience with a strong balance of business acumen and technical expertise in AI.

• 5+ years in building and releasing NLP/AI software, with specific experience in RAG systems and embedding models.

• Demonstrated experience in delivering Gen AI products, including Multi-modal LLMs, Foundation models, and agentic AI systems.

• Deep familiarity with cloud technologies, especially Azure, and experience deploying models for large-scale inference using advanced LLM ops techniques.

• Proficiency in PyTorch, TensorFlow, Kubernetes, Docker, LlamaIndex, LangChain, LLM, SLM, LAM, and cloud platforms, with a focus on implementing RAG and embedding pipelines.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong design capability and ability to articulate complex AI concepts to diverse audiences.

• Hands-on experience with chunking strategies, RAG implementation, and optimizing embedding models for various AI applications. - Proven track record in shipping products and developing state-of-the-art Gen AI product architecture. null
