JPMorgan Chase Commercial Card Relationship Manager - Payments - Associate in Plano, Texas

As a Commercial Card Relationship Manager Associate, you will play an integral part in enhancing the overall client experience for our clients. Your primary role will be supporting and working with a group of Relationship Managers in identifying growth opportunities, sharing best practices with clients, and ongoing program management needs. You will partner closely with Senior Relationship Managers to execute against customized account plans and growth targets, provide ongoing performance analysis and reporting, and participate in regularly scheduled client calls and meetings. You will build strong internal partnerships, working closely with Commercial Banking coverage teams, sales, and other stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the VP Relationship Manager and Commercial Bank coverage teams on customized annual account plans for managing participant portfolio's, identifying and pursuing program growth opportunities, and recommending new solutions

  • Lead or assist with client call preparation by creating relationship review materials, pitchbooks, and conducting customer research

  • Develop an understanding of clients' Commercial Card program structure and objectives

  • Work with the VP Relationship Manager to manage pipeline and program activities timely and accurately via Salesforce

  • Aid in submission and management of onboarding, legal, non-standard client requests; complete necessary client reporting, and assist with pricing and profitability analyses

  • Travel on as needed basis (10%)

Required Qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • 3+ years relevant banking and treasury experience

  • Possess exemplary client focus with the ability to have detailed client conversations

  • Ability to own the outcome and resolve client issues

  • Time management, organizational and planning skills with proven ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment

  • Superior verbal and written communication skills with the ability to mobilize internal network and resources

  • Results oriented and will-to-solution attitude with ambition to develop into Senior Relationship Manager contributor

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint/PitchPro, Excel, and Word)

Preferred Qualification, capabilities, and skills:

  • Commercial Card experience

  • Portfolio management or relationship management experience

  • High-level understanding of client accounting/ERP systems

  • Experience working with clients in Government, Higher Ed, Healthcare segments
