JPMorgan Chase Chief Administrative Office - Product & Portfolio Management Associate in Plano, Texas

The Portfolio Management Office team (PMO) is part of Product & Portfolio Management Group (PPMG) in the Chief Administrative Office (CAO) which leads critical initiatives across the CAO. The group's remit includes driving the CAO's product transformation and providing centralized support to the CAO products on change, communications, project & product management practices, listening and insights. The group also oversees the organization's $40MM+ change the bank investment budget and integration of firm wide acquisitions into CAO processes. You will be part of this powerhouse organization supporting and interacting with every part of the CAO.

As a Portfolio Ops & Business Management Associate in Product & Portfolio Management, you will play a key role leveraging your ideas and past experiences in project management, reporting & communications, data management/quality/integration and analytics to further enhance CAO PMO standards and operating model. You will shape and manage our PPMG routines (e.g. All hands meeting) and our Project Manager Community (e.g. monthly Project Manager Forum). You will work closely with our PPMG Leadership team, providing them with the data, insights, & recommendations to implement improvements that will have the greatest impact on our organization.

The Chief Administrative Office supports JPMorganChase's businesses in 60 countries including dining services, conference spaces, mail, print and shipping, real estate, security, suppliers, travel, expense and other strategic initiatives. Job responsibilities:

  • Develop clear and impactful presentations, briefs and reports for various audiences across the organization providing the appropriate level of detail and insights.

  • Leverage excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills to establish and communicate the strategic vision and complex ideas to all levels of the organization.

  • Collaborate with teams and organizations including senior executive leadership

  • Support CAO PMO Managers with daily project and portfolio management activities.

  • Translate business requirements into actionable solutions.

  • Track and manage open actions/issues/queries across the Product and Portfolio Management Group to completion.

  • Document and archival of meeting minutes and action items.

  • Review and analyze large amounts of data for reporting and strategic decision making

  • Define project metrics and measurements ensuring data quality and consistency

  • Lead various ad-hoc, small-scale projects for the CAO PMO team

  • Assist in developing CAO-wide standards through business process mapping and gap analysis

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Ability to collect, organize, analyze summarize and distribute significant amounts of information accurately and timely

  • Motivated by challenge or ambiguity and eager to learn and develop subject matter expertise

  • Highly motivated self-starter with a demonstrated ability to independently execute & drive results

  • Strong oral and written communication skills

  • Exceptional organizational skills including planning, time management, resource coordination and meeting deadlines
