Your Role at Raising Cane’s:

The Applications Administrator role is responsible for administration and day-to-day operation of owning various restaurant systems. This includes development, deployment, maintenance, upgrades, monitoring, management, and internal communications of technology systems used within restaurants. This position may require immediate response to system outages and emergencies via remote access or on-site assessment.

Your Impact and Responsibilities:

  • Provides in-house support for issues, features, and functionality related to assigned restaurant systems

  • Monitors processes and interfaces used by the application

  • Performs and/or tests installed patches and upgrades on assigned systems according to well-documented maintenance plans

  • Participates, as needed, in configuration or alteration of applications with appropriate external partners and cross-functional internal teams

  • Develops and assists in the documentation of IT functions and procedures as needed

  • Performs rigorous testing and peer-reviews of patches or new versions of software prior to implementation, as well as partnering with the IT Quality Assurance team and field support teams to create a repository of appropriate testing methods

Requirements for Success:

  • Possesses good IT technical, problem solving, and logical computer troubleshooting skills

  • Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities that may be constantly changing

  • Exhibits the aptitude and attitude to learn new applications and technologies

  • Self-driven, flexible, and energetic with strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills

  • Able to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaboratively

  • Customer support focused

  • 1+ years of application administration experience preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology preferred
