In this role, you will:

• Ensure Merchant Services applications complete related Application Governance deliverables on time

• Host regular meetings with application teams to assist with deliverable completion

• Support the Payments Application Governance team with deliverable completion and documentation

• Create reporting related to the status/health of the application portfolio for Merchant Services and perform data analysis across different application teams

Desired Qualifications:

• 3+ Years of experience in Issue Management , Governance , or Risk Controls

• Experience working in technology supporting software applications

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present on calls

• Highly organized and self-motivated, with the ability to drive results

• Proficient in Excel , leveraging data analysis to drive decision-making

• Experience creating reports for senior leaders
