Experis/ManpowerGroup has partnered with a leading Financial Services organization for a Appian UI Developer to assist their team.

Job Title: Appian UI Developer

Location: Hybrid from Plano, TX

Pay Range: $60 - $65 per hour.

Long term contract on W2.

Position is for an Appian UI Developer who will be responsible for software development, integration, customization, and support. The individual will be working with other members of an agile team and will be responsible for new development. Team members are expected to work closely with analysts and the line of business to understand new requirements and to deliver. The ideal candidate will be Appian developer, with experience in delivering BPM solutions and an ability to learn.

• Design, code, and implement solutions using Appian (18x/19x/20x) BPM, including SAIL code, Appian Objects (e.g., Records, Process Models, CDTs), and integrations. Ensure solutions meet business requirements and adhere to SDLC standards.

• Debug, unit test, and integrate enhancements; analyse and resolve existing application logic issues. Provide ongoing support and updates to ensure optimal application performance and data integrity.

• Work closely with business analysts, QA teams, and other developers to understand requirements, deliver prototypes, and document application changes. Ensure clear communication and coordination across teams.

• Leverage Appian technical documentation and user community resources to build and refine prototypes. Adhere to organizational policies, standards, and best practices in application development and maintenance.

• Use CI/CD pipelines for Appian to streamline development and deployment processes. Identify risks during development and deployment phases and ensure timely resolution of issues.
