Adecco US, Inc. Administrative Assistant in Plano, Texas

Adecco is seeking a highly organized and experienced Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our client’s executive team in Plano, TX. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. This role offers competitive compensation ( $24.93/hour ) over a 12 month contract period.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 8 years of administrative experience, preferably in financial services.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

  • Experience with Concur and Ariba.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings, resolving conflicts, and anticipating necessary materials.

  • Answer and screen phone calls, take accurate messages, and handle inquiries professionally.

  • Provide administrative support for new hires, including building access and equipment setup.

  • Process travel and expense reports efficiently and accurately using Concur and Ariba.

  • Book domestic and international travel arrangements.

  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

  • Communicate effectively with executives and team members.

Pay Details: $24.93 per hour
