Job Title: Purchasing Assistant (Hybrid Schedule Available)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the creation and maintenance of purchasing records, including order details, shipping dates, costs, and product specifications.

• Communicate with suppliers and internal departments as needed.

• Support in coordinating shipping schedules and the delivery of products.

• Participate in efforts to continuously improve purchasing processes.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field would be a plus, but not required.

• Solid organizational and multitasking ability.

• Proficiency in MS Office and willingness to learn new purchasing/order management systems.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Ability to work well in a team environment, as well as independently.

• Keen attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
