Responsibilities

• Assemble, test, and calibrate electronic components and systems for in-line process spectrometers, ensuring precise adherence to technical specifications and quality standards.

• Troubleshoot and repair electronic assemblies, including circuit boards, sensors, power supplies, and optical components, using diagnostic equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and spectrum analyzers.

• Perform routine maintenance, testing, and validation of spectrometers to ensure optimal performance in demanding industrial environments.

• Collaborate with engineering and R&D teams to support new product development, upgrades, and technical modifications of electronic systems.

• Interpret and follow detailed schematics, technical drawings, and engineering instructions to execute complex assembly and repair tasks.

• Conduct environmental and functional testing of electronic components to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.

• Maintain accurate documentation of assembly, testing, and repair processes, ensuring traceability and compliance with quality management protocols.

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, offering insights into process optimization and contributing to product enhancement.

• Ensure adherence to all ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) and safety protocols while working with sensitive electronic components and systems.
