What you'll do...

Position summary:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Maintenance Senior Manager to join our team at Walmart's Non-Store Pharmacy Central Fill Operations in Plainfield, IN. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, managing schematics and technical drawings, delegating tasks, vendor management, negotiation, data & digital literacy, electrical systems and controls, custodial activities, and influential communication.

Position About the team:

  • Walmart Central Fill Pharmacy is a specialized type of pharmacy that focuses on processing and dispensing of prescriptions for multiple retail pharmacy locations within a region. Unlike a traditional pharmacy, Central Fill is full of automation allowing prescriptions to be filled fast and accurately. But the best part of Central Fill pharmacy is taking care of our patients in the community. While we are not patient facing, our job provides retail pharmacies the ability to spend much deserved time providing clinical services and education to the communities they serve. This position requires onsite presence and does not offer remote work options. Candidates must be flexible to work outside of standard Monday - Friday / 8-5pm rotation as needed for training and/or business operational needs.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Option 1: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Business, Management, or related field and 4 years' experience in facilities management, construction management, engineering, or related field.

  • Option 2: 6 years' experience in facilities management, construction management, engineering, or related field.

  • Experience leading large teams (25+)

  • Automation Experience

  • Strategic Thinker / Mechanical Aptitude

What you'll do:

  • Provides regulatory guidance and support to multiple organizational functions, resolving obstacles and advising on compliance.

  • Facilitates interdepartmental communication and collaboration to ensure smooth workflow and compliance with regulations.

  • Applies regulatory programs and designs awareness programs for multi- and cross-functional issues of the regulatory environment.

  • Provides recommendations and solutions to legal and regulatory problems, and evaluates vendor relationships for termination as needed.

  • Leads cross-functional initiatives and encourages team collaboration to drive innovation and compliance in electrical systems.

The annual salary range for this position is $79,000.00-$169,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:
