We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Quality Assurance Tester in Plainfield, Indiana. This role is in the tech industry, where you will be working closely with our development team and business manager, performing user acceptance testing, and assisting in the delivery of quality products.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct user acceptance testing to ensure the functionality of our software applications

• Work alongside our business manager to understand the business requirements and ensure they are met in the final product

• Document both front end and backend processes, creating a clear record of our systems and any changes made

• Assist the development team by identifying any issues or bugs in the system

• Implement automated testing processes to increase efficiency and accuracy

• Deploy code using Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CICD) principles

• Conduct Quality Assurance (QA) testing to ensure all code and processes meet our standards

• Collaborate with the team to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes as needed

• Utilize your knowledge of Microsoft Azure, C#, MVC, Blazor, Xamarin, Maui to ensure quality assurance

• Assist in testing for deployment to ensure smooth transitions during implementation stages.

Requirements • Proficient in QA - Quality Assurance methodologies and practices

• Experience in QA automation and tools

• Prior experience in QA Testing, including creating and executing comprehensive test plans

• Understanding of Continuous Integration (CI) processes and tools

• Familiarity with Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery (CICD) principles

• Knowledge of DevOps practices and culture

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments
