IT Support Specialist

Our client, a shipping and manufacturing logistics company, is looking for an IT Support Specialist to join their Pittston, Pennsylvania team and be the primary point of contact for that warehouse and corporate office. The ideal candidate has T1-2 support experience, who can do a mix of hardware, software, and system support for their Pittston team. They have a mix of Dell and Mac laptops, Windows systems, and Asana ticketing system. Having experience working in a warehouse environment is nice to have. This is a 3-6month contract to hire, fully onsite in Pittston, PA Compensation is $25-26/hr converting over to $50-55K. Required Skills & Experience

• Experience doing tier 1 and tier 2 support utilizing phone, email, and ticketing systems.

• Experience setting up Dell and Mac laptops for new users.

• Experience supporting Windows systems.

• Comfortability working in a warehouse environment.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Bachelors or masters in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.

• Technical certifications a plus.
