Birch 59 PPO LLC d/b/a PPO Profits is seeking a Director of Operations in Pittston to be tasked with running operations and delivery of services to help the business generate more revenue from both insured patients (PPO) as well as cash (FFS) patients. The position requires 5 years' experience in the job offered or any related occupation, including at least 3 years' experience with each of the following: working with dental insurance companies; acting as a liaison between dental providers, their practice and insurance payers; negotiating and optimizing insurance contracts for dentists; navigating the interconnections between different dental insurance companies, shared networks, and umbrella networks; and using the following software: Asana Project Management, Trainual, and Google Sheets. The position allows 100% working remotely from home in any U.S. state. Salary: $141,400/year.
