Key Responsibilities: - Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities or mental health conditions. - Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. - Perform personal care tasks, ensuring the dignity and comfort of the individuals. - Support individuals in participating in community activities and social events. - Implement individualized care plans and behavior support plans. - Maintain a safe and positive environment for all individuals.
