The Community Services Director is a member of Elder Services\' Senior Management Team and is responsible for the Agency\'s Area Agency on Aging (AAA) programs. The position oversees (indirectly) the Ombudsman, Volunteer, Options Counseling and Family Caregiver programs as well as the Information & Referral, Planning and Food Service departments. The Director interprets Agency policy, objectives, and information for their staff and works closely and collaboratively with other Directors, managers, and supervisors in achieving the Agency\'s goals and objectives. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor\'s Degree required. Master\'s degree in public administration, social work, business, or related field preferred. Five years\' experience in administration/management preferred; three years of senior management experience required, including program development and oversight.
