We're seeking a future team member for the role of People Analytics Consultant, Vice President to join our People Analytics team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA - HYBRID. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: * Serve as a consultant on People related data to People team and business stakeholders * Understand business goals and strategy and develop related metrics, KPIs, analyses, insights and recommendations on people topics. * Respond to ad hoc requests, create standard reports and develop scalable analytical packages across people/ HR domains * Derive insights and research hypotheses to solve complex people problems * Communicate results of analyses to HR and business leaders including executive presentations to make recommendations and drive impact * Use knowledge of technology and analytical solutions to anticipate needs across people topics. Work with reporting/ analytics and technology teams to develop scalable solutions for repeatable reports and analyses To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: * Bachelors degree in related discipline or equivalent work experience required * 8-10 years of related experience including experience with HR/People data/analytics or workforce strategy working in/with complex organizations * Advanced analytical and problem solving skills * Experience designing analytics solutions with HR technology * Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences * Strong knowledge of Excel and data visualization skills (either Tableau or PowerBI); data extraction, preparation and statistical languages Python, R and/or SQL preferred * Experience with Oracle HCM a plus At BNY, our culture speaks for itself.
