Shift/Pay:

• 6:00am - 2:00pm

• 2:00pm-10:00pm

• 10:00pm - 6:00am

ROTATION AS FOLLOWS:

• 4 weeks of day light - will need to work 2 weekend days(either 6am - 6pm or 6pm - 6am). Then 2 weeks of 2nd shift(2-10pm) with no weekends, and then 2 weeks 3rd shift(10-6am) with no weekends.

$38.19/hr.

Job Description

Responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment and systems for the assigned property(s). Responsibilities include maintaining a clean and safe working environment, performing rounds, conducting routine assessments, and performing day-to-day preventive and corrective maintenance, painting, and housekeeping for assigned properties.

Description:

• Assist with operation troubleshooting, diagnostics, housekeeping, and repairs on commercial building, industrial systems, vehicles, grounds, and maintenance equipment for assigned properties/facilities.

• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

• Perform routine assessments and rounds.

• Conduct day-to-day preventive and corrective maintenance.

• Perform painting and housekeeping duties for assigned properties.

Essential Skills

• EPA Universal certification.

• 5+ years of related work experience in operating mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in a commercial property setting.

• City of Pittsburgh Stationary Engineer License or NIULPE L.

• Experience troubleshooting mechanical, plumbing, and electrical issues.

• Valid Driver's License.

• Customer/client-facing experience while performing work orders.

• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

• Ability to successfully document completed work orders.

Qualifications/Skills:

• Previous experience working in occupied areas (customer service).

• Strong computer skills (iPad, Email, Work Order Process).

• Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing troubleshooting experience.

• Experience working in an industrial setting.

• Experience in the operation, maintenance, and basics of HVAC, boilers, heaters, pumps, refrigerant systems, compressors, and water systems.
