The role focuses on optimizing the marketing-to-sales funnel, enabling data-driven decisions, and mentoring a team of analytics practitioners. What will you do: Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation and Funnel Optimization

Design and implement frameworks to measure lead-to-revenue metrics, ensuring alignment with sales and commercial goals. Provide actionable recommendations to improve conversion rates and pipeline velocity.

  • Data Strategy Governance and Insights

Develop scalable data solutions by redefining marketing channel data (e.g., social, email, paid search, organic) into insights that guide strategy. Build dashboards to see trends and find opportunities for improvement.

  • Campaign Performance and Analytics

Measure and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, applying techniques such as machine learning to improve efficiency.

  • Team Leadership and Collaboration Lead and manage a team while encouraging cross-functional collaboration. Optimally communicate findings to collaborators, including senior leadership, and advocate for data-driven decision-making throughout the organization.

How will you get here: Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in data science, marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics or insights in B2B environments, with 2+ years leading teams and technical data projects.

  • Expertise in programming (SQL, Python, R), analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and marketing tech platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo).

  • Strong knowledge of lead-to-revenue strategies, B2B sales cycles, and sophisticated analytics techniques (e.g., predictive modeling, machine learning).

  • Supervising and optimizing marketing-to-sales funnel performance.

  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and data processing tools.

  • Align data initiatives with business goals and communicate technical insights to non-technical audiences.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

  • Marketing Acumen: Deep understanding of marketing principles, customer journeys, marketing channels, digital platforms, and key performance metrics. Experience with B2B marketing and sales cycles.

  • Technical Expertise: Proficient in programming and ability to craft self-service dashboards and automated reporting solutions.

  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights from sophisticated data sets.

  • Communication: Strong skills in presenting insights and synthesizing analysis into actionable recommendations. Ability to tell a compelling story around data, its impact, and the value of implementing solutions.

  • Leadership: Ability to lead and empower teams, encouraging collaboration and dedication while driving alignment between analytics initiatives and business goals.
