We're seeking a future team member for the role of Third Party Compliance Officer to join our Enterprise-Wide Functions Compliance team. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL or Pittsburgh, PA - Hybrid. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Serve as a Compliance Officer with responsibility for oversight of regulatory compliance with BNY's Third-Party Framework in conjunction with the Enterprise Sourcing Office, including monitoring for new and changing regulatory guidance and advising the first line to implement necessary changes Oversee Third Party conflicts of interest process, regulatory compliance key risk indicators, and United States Bank Service Company Act regulatory notifications Collaborate with legal entity management and legal entity compliance officers around the world to provide training, expertise, advice and challenge. Serve as subject matter expert for application of Third-Party Framework policy including vendor, alternate control and inter-affiliate frameworks Prepare reports and presentations for governance meetings, regulator requests, interfacing with senior management and regulators. Desire to learn about artificial intelligence, in particular around third parties. To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (10-12 year of total work experience preferred) Detailed knowledge of third-party and outsourcing regulatory landscape, including the ability to analyze complex legislation Ability to work independently and deliver responsibilities on time Build strong relationships and drive change across multiple stakeholders Aptitude to assess effectiveness of complex controls that help ensure ongoing compliance with key laws, regulations and policies
