Pittsburgh Cultural Trust Senior Manager of Individual Giving in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania
This is a full-time, salaried position for an experienced fundraiser with a track record of success in past annual giving campaigns. The Senior Manager of Individual Giving will provide primary oversight and strategic management for the Pittsburgh Cultural Trust's Individual Giving annual fund campaign. This individual will plan and execute strategies for direct solicitation of annual fund gifts under $10,000. This position has supervisory responsibilities. The Senior Manager will also manage a personal portfolio of donors, creating or enhancing relationships with current and prospective donors. This individual will also work with other members of the Individual Giving team to identify, cultivate, and steward donors up the giving level with a moves management approach.
Candidates should have a minimum of five years of prior experience in managing and growing an annual giving program along with experience securing gifts of $1,000 or more. This individual must be a team player, detail-oriented, and self-motivated with strong communication, writing and project coordination skills. Thorough knowledge of fundraising techniques is required along with knowledge of fundraising software such as Raiser's Edge or Tessitura. The candidate must be able to travel locally and attend events with evening or weekend hours as needed. A bachelor's degree is required with master's degree preferred. The salary range for this position starts at $60,000.
