Trinity Health Residential Program Supervisor in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania

Position Purpose:

The Residential Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a Community Living Arrangement in our Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Services , including supervising staff, managing a relief pool (if applicable), and ensuring compliance with regulations and Person-Centered Planning (PSP) standards. This role involves hiring, coaching, and evaluating staff, maintaining a safe environment, and working closely with administrative and scheduling teams. The Supervisor will also be on-call periodically and handle incident documentation.

What You Will Do:

  • Hire staff according to Organization Policies/Practices

  • Ensure staff is trained on the tools to do their job

  • Plan and conduct staff group meetings at least once a month

  • Responsible for providing the assessment for the development of ISP, updates and all revisions as well as participating in the development of the ISP, annual updates, and all revisions

  • Organize an individual’s admission, discharge, and transfer in avatar.

  • Supervise 10-30 full time direct support professionals

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in Human Services + 1 year Supervisor/Lead experience working directly with persons with Intellectual Disabilities OR Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services + 3 years (1 as a Supervisor/Lead) experience directly working with persons with Intellectual Disabilities

  • Valid Driver License and ability to drive an organization vehicle

  • Act 33/34/73 Clearances

  • Pre-Employment Drug Screen, Physical/TB

  • Must successfully pass Department of Public Welfare Medication Training within 90 days of employment
