Change Order processing Submittal review RFI (request for information) response Quality Control and Quality Assurance Verification (QC/QA) Document tracking and management Prepare, review, submit monthly contractor invoices Lead construction progress meetings Conduct project team meetings Manage staff, including but not limited to: Project Engineer, Field Inspectors, Scheduler, Quality Control field staff Maintain on-going contact with the Client's Project Manager, Client's on-site staff, Local Authorities/Agencies and Construction Project Manager.
