Responsibilities
- Prepare and scan various documents, including HR and medical personnel files, for electronic retention purpose
- Secure documents in designated storage space to ensure confidentiality
- Utilize scanners to ensure optimal performance and proper resolution of documents
- Organize file paperwork to be scanned in proper format
- Properly dispose of scanned materials
- Other duties as assigned.
Ability to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Command of the English language to communicate effectively with internal and external customers
- Must possess excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Strong time management skills
- Considerable degree of accuracy
- Problem solving ability is essential
- Must be competent and proficient in Microsoft Office Software products
- Must possess strong typing and ten key skills
