Day to day:

As a Transformation Project Manager, your primary responsibility will be overseeing the website and application separation process during the divestiture. To ensure successful separation between entities, you will collaborate closely with cross[1]functional teams from Digital, IT, Sales, Marketing, and the Business Units and the M&A Separation Management Office (SMO). Your main objective will be to ensure that separation activities are completed on time per plan, within the defined scope, and within the allocated budget. Given the scale of this project, it is essential that you have prior experience in managing large-scale technology deployments. This includes directly overseeing the implementation of multiple tools concurrently across various Business Units and regions. Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a requirement for this role, and experience with SAFe-Agile is considered a plus. Your expertise in these methodologies will enable you to effectively manage the project and ensure its successful completion. It is important to note that this is a global role, and the position is based in Eastern USA. You may work with stakeholders across multiple time zones.

Responsibilities

1. Manage the website and application separation process during the divestiture

a. Develop and execute a comprehensive plan for separating the website and applications from the parent company's infrastructure.

i. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth transition of the website and applications to the divested entity.

b. Collaborate with IT teams to identify and address any technical challenges or dependencies during the separation process.

c. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to the divestiture. 2.

2. Oversee the migration of website and application assets:

a. Work closely with stakeholders to define the scope and requirements for the migration of website and application assets.

b. Develop a migration strategy and roadmap, considering factors such as data integrity, security, and user experience.

c. Coordinate with internal and external teams to execute the migration plan, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

d. Monitor and track the progress of the migration, identifying and resolving any issues or risks that may arise.

3. Ensure the successful integration of the separated website and applications:

a. Collaborate with the divested entity's IT team to integrate the separated website and applications into their infrastructure.

b. Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure the functionality and performance of the migrated assets.

c. Provide guidance and support to the divested entity's IT team during the integration process.

d. Facilitate knowledge transfer and training to ensure a smooth handover of the website and applications

Skills and Requirements

Must Haves:

 A four-year degree or higher in Information Systems Management, Computer Science, Engineering

 5+ years of experience in project management
