Project Management Office (PMO) Manager - JR2421321

DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: As the PMO Manager will grow commercial operations with a focus on profitable growth, building a comprehensive roadmap and long-range strategy for projects and business process improvements within the Global Commercial Excellence function. Reporting directly to the Global Director of Commercial Excellence you will oversee large-scale projects with high-level partner involvement and global impact.

Key Responsibilities * Organize project teams, assign responsibilities, develop schedules, and determine resource requirements. * Monitor and report on project status, including cost, timing, and staffing. * Resolve obstacles to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. * Integrate vendor tasks into the project plan and track vendor deliverables. * Lead project management execution, ensuring global alignment across processes, execution, and monitoring. * Manage a diverse team, aligning them with the vision and goals of the commercial excellence function. * Ensure project and departmental milestones and goals are met within approved budgets. * Coach internal support teams to improve knowledge, efficiency, and engagement. * Guide process standardization, compliance, and successful implementation, including documentation. * Implement opportunities for difference and value creation through business analysis and support processes. * Ensure understanding and adherence to project prioritization, funding, and grading processes. * Work with functional Commercial Excellence teams to implement new plans across regions (e.g., e-Ordering, e-Invoicing, webshop, CRM, ERP, and Sales Analytics). * Communicate at all levels, both written and verbal, building relationships across the organization.

Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience. * 8+ years' experience in a project management position. * PMP certification required. * Experience with Kaizen. * Guide standardization, compliance, and positive change.
