Marketing Project Coordinator What We Seek Are you a curious, collaborative, and adaptable Marketing Project Coordinator who loves to dig deep into projects, problem-solve, and empower a team of passionate marketers? If so, we'd love to talk to you! We're seeking a collaborative and organized Marketing Project Coordinator to assist our marketing team in executing multi-vertical campaigns and supporting technical projects. We need someone who will proactively ask questions, coordinate resources, and help ensure projects run smoothly by facilitating communication across teams. This role requires a people-first mentality, helping to manage team resources, and ensuring that project timelines and deliverables are on track, while coordinating with stakeholders to align priorities. You will report to our Senior Marketing Project Manager and assist in planning, tracking, and organizing project-related tasks to support the team's ongoing success. The start date for this position is scheduled for January 2025. What Your Day Will Look Like As a "work from anywhere" organization, you'll stay in contact with the team across the country via Slack, Zoom and Workfront. Assisting in planning and prioritizing marketing initiatives by providing logistical support and coordinating team efforts Helping to organize and track the execution of tactical plans for marketing campaigns, collateral, multimedia, and web projects Supporting subject matter experts with documentation of technical requirements for complex web and technical projects Facilitating communication and alignment across the marketing team and with other departments, helping resolve minor obstacles to ensure smooth project progression Coordinating the day-to-day tasks to support project progress, ensuring deliverables are on schedule, and assisting in adjusting plans when changes arise Communicating requirements, risks, dependencies, and timelines internally, to third party partners and agencies, and key stakeholders Supporting review processes to ensure all marketing deliverables meet requirements and are top quality Looking for ways to continuously improve and streamline processes What Should Be In Your Bookbag At least 2 years of experience as a project coordinator, using both waterfall and agile/scrum methodologies Experience working in a marketing or agency environment Proficiency in project managements systems (Workfront and JIRA preferred) Experience gathering requirements and project managing complex technical projects A people-first mentality, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and personalities Strong problem-solving skills, curiosity, and natural organization Ability to juggle multiple tasks, projects, and communication streams Clear and precise communicator, both written and verbal Comfortable with organizing and leading meetings Ability to work internally and cross-functionally to turn ideas into actionable plans Comfort with ambiguity in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment Ability to acknowledge failure in a positive light and applying those lessons to future planning Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects across different product verticals Proven success in implementing new processes for a team or organization What Gives Us Purpose Others teach what; we teach why.
