Program Manager/Program Coordinator

 

The University of Pittsburgh is seeking a Program Manager/Program Coordinator to support experiential learning initiatives for the Katz School of Business.

The Program Manager/Program Coordinator plays a key role supporting the Associate Director for Integrated Learning in the day-to-day operations of the various functions within the office, with particular emphasis on student programming for both internal and external classroom activities.

The successful candidate should be skilled managing student program lifecycles recruitment, application, enrollment, post-program documentation. The Program Manager/Program Coordinator coordinates regularly with internal stakeholders academic advisors, career advisors, faculty, etc. to facilitate successful implementation of experiential learning programs. The Program Manager/Program Coordinator role is both student-and-faculty facing and will need to be able to effectively communicate with both populations, with particular emphasis on being able to address student needs and issues. The Program Manager/Program Coordinator will also aid in developing marketing and communication plans for new and on-going experiential learning programs.

Additionally, the successful candidate should have a strong attention to detail, as the position involves processing of a variety of financial documents, including executing contracts, processing expense reports and reimbursements, and payment of invoices. Expenses must be allocated to the correct account, tracked accurately to monitor associated budgets, and processed in a timely manner.
