Post Doctoral.Post Doctoral.Associate Chem/Petroleum Engineering - Pennsylvania-Pittsburgh - (24005304) The Little Lab is looking to fill a Post Doctoral Associate position in the lab. The information about the position is as follows:

Job Summary:

Design and execute experiments to develop microparticles, hydrogels, and other formulations.

Characterize formulated systems through techniques such as particle size analysis, drug loading efficiency, and in vitro release studies.

Conduct detailed physicochemical and biological evaluations to assess the performance and efficacy of developed delivery systems.

Analyze experimental data, interpret results, and contribute to preparing scientific publications and grant proposals.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including immunologists, surgeons, and engineers, to integrate diverse expertise into research projects,

Mentor and supervise laboratory technicians and graduate and undergraduate students involved in related research activities.

Prepare and submit reports for funding sources, including the Department of Defense (DoD) and Advanced Research Projects Agency -- Health (ARPA-H), detailing project progress and outcomes.

Job Qualifications:

PhD received by start date in Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Bioengineering, Biological Sciences, or a related field

Demonstrated ability to independently plan, conduct, and analyze research experiments.

Track record of scientific publications and presentations at conferences.

Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary research team.

PhD needed in field(s): Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Bioengineering, Biological Sciences, or a related field.
