DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Description Vitalant is seeking a Donor Care Technician II dedicated to making a positive difference. What to Expect Schedule: Variable full-time hours between 5am and 9pm, Sunday through Saturday, Five days a week including every other weekend

As a Donor Care Tech II, you'll get to: * Perform donor interviews and appropriately determine donation eligibility. * Participate in donor rebooking activities. * Perform whole blood, double red cell and plasma phlebotomy of donors in accordance with applicable Standard Operating Procedures. * Works as part of a team to achieve daily team production goal. Assists and supports other team members, as required on both Mobile and Fixed Sites.
Requirements * Active driver's license with clean driving record. * High School Graduate or GED * Six (6) months previous experience as a Donor Care Tech To include training and competent on Alyx Blood Collection Systems * Ability to travel as required * Able to lift 40lbs
