University of Pittsburgh Part-time Instructor - Clarinet in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania
The University of Pittsburgh Department of Music seeks a part-time instructor to give private clarinet lessons. Instructors must demonstrate an ability to work with students at various skill levels.
The instructor should introduce students to orchestral, chamber, band, and solo repertories covering various genres and assist in preparation for public performances and juries.
Private lessons are credit-generating and fulfill music major/minor requirements and general education requirements.
Required Qualifications: Master's degree in clarinet performance or equivalent professional experience; previous teaching experience.
