DESCRIPTION OF WORK Our enthusiastic and dedicated nursing staff provide 24-hour care, seven days a week. From helping our residents prepare for their day to assisting them to participate in exciting activities, you will play a huge role in their day. Through this day today contact with our residents, you will have the ability to positively impact their quality of like by providing the best possible care.

Work Schedule and Additional Information: Full-time employment You will work a compressed work schedule made up of six (6) 12.5 hour shifts, 6:00 PM to 7:00 AM, rotating days and weekends. You will be required to work every other weekend. Salary:In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable. You will receive further communication regarding this position via email. Check your email, including spam/junk folders, for these notices.   REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: Active registration as a Nurse Aide in the Pennsylvania Nurse Aide Registry; or Six months of paid experience in the care and treatment of geriatric or physically ill patients or residents.

Special Requirements:

Positions assigned to a long-term or specialized care facility require active registration as a Nurse Aide in the Pennsylvania Nurse Aide Registry.

Additional Requirements: You must be able to perform essential job functions. Preferred Qualifications (not required): Previous long-term care experience Legal Requirements: A conditional offer of employment will require a medical examination. This position falls under the provisions of the Older Adult Protective Services Act. Under the Act, a conditional offer of employment will require submission and approval of satisfactory criminal history reports, including but not limited to, PA State Police and FBI clearance.
