DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: The Manager, Aftermarket, is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Process Instruments' Aftermarket business, including e-commerce, service, and the efficient supply of spare parts. Working closely with the Sales, Procurement and Product Management teams, this role will develop and execute strategies to maximize orders, revenue and profitability across all of Process Instruments' go-to market channels, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:  * Provide leadership and direction to the global aftermarket team to successfully deliver monthly, quarterly and annual Orders, Revenue and Profitability targets.  * Lead the development of high-impact aftermarket growth strategies, aligning the team to maximize orders and revenue from parts and services through exceptional customer experience. Identify and implement cost-saving measures to improve profitability within the aftermarket organization.  * Be the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns. Actively solicit feedback, identify and work with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues promptly, assist in defining customer requirements, and ensure a positive customer experience throughout the product lifecycle.  * Establish and analyze aftermarket performance goals and metrics, generate reports, and identify trends for strategic decision-making to positively impact the Net Promoter Score.  * Provide safety, product and application training of Reps, Distributors & Customers  * Contracts Management: in collaboration with the Director, Sales and Legal Counsel, act as the Point of Contact for Master Service Agreement, Aftermarket Purchase Orders and contract support in line with AMETEK Corporate Guidelines.

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE  * A bachelor's degree in engineering, chemistry, marketing, or physics.  * 5-10 years or more in sales or service of instrumentation in industrial markets.  * Five years in sales, customer service or engineering management.  * Have knowledge of process analyzers and applications in major industrial markets.  * Culturally aware and sensitive to regional customs and practices, whilst delivering on PI's commitments across domestic and international territories
