Job Summary
Join our fast-growing team to improve lives through real estate! Birgo is a mission-driven company seeking a Maintenance Technician to complete apartment turnovers in several areas around Pittsburgh, PA. We are looking for someone autonomous who enjoys problem-solving and working at various locations.
Pay and Benefits
- $24-26/hour, commensurate with experience
- Weekly pay
- Full time Monday-Friday. No on-call.

Responsibilities
- Turnovers/make-readies
- Repairs including drywall, painting, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and/or HVAC
- Renovations
- Preventative maintenance
- Other duties as identified to help Birgo improve lives through real estate
Requirements
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Valid driver's license
- Personal and reliable mode of transportation; must be willing to provide proof of current auto insurance
- Lift and carry 50 pounds without assistance
- Safely utilize power tools
- Work in confined spaces; ascend and descend ladders and staircases
