We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Junior Project Manager to join our client's team. Our ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to contribute to our projects' success.

Rate: $50 - $60 / hr. w2 Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: Communication and Coordination: Engage confidently with team members and external vendors. Facilitate discussions to extract key information and ensure alignment on project goals. Project Administration: Manage and track the status of tech reviews and surveys using the OneTrust system. Promote surveys ready for approval and ensure timely closure of completed surveys. Maintain comprehensive project documentation and records. Documentation and Presentation: Create and maintain project plan templates and the initial framework for presentations. Utilize Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Office 365, to support project documentation and reporting. Collaboration and Tools Management: Leverage Microsoft Projects and SharePoint for effective project management and document sharing. Use Microsoft Teams for document management and team collaboration.

Experience Requirements: Required Skills and Experience: 1-5 years of experience in project management or a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Office 365. Experience with Microsoft Projects, SharePoint, and Teams, particularly in document management. Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Personality Traits: Confident and approachable, with the ability to engage with new people. A good listener who can extract valuable insights from discussions. Proactive and eager to learn new methodologies and improve processes.
