As an Instrument Sales and Service Junior Account Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our business. You will assist Account Representatives in identifying and qualifying new customers, coordinate the calibration quote process, learn our diverse product line, and make impactful sales to build your own book of business while working towards becoming an Account Representative.

Your Daily Adventure Includes:

  • Strategic Outreach: Collaborate with the business unit manager and marketing team to develop targeted lists of companies and individuals for outreach by the account representatives.
  • Support Activities: Aid account representatives in daily tasks, including customer meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, lunch and learns, certification creation, and quotes.
  • Career Development: Progress your career path through mentoring, hard work, and by meeting quota expectations through sales to targeted, new, and existing accounts.
  • *CRM Management: *Accurately input and maintain customer and sales data in HubSpot, ensuring all information is up-to-date and utilized for effective customer relationship management, outreach, and sales tracking.
  • Networking: Engage with regional associations and societies to expand our network.
  • Market Insights: Provide valuable input on market information, sales strategies, competition, and marketing tactics.
  • *Trade Shows: *Represent our company at various trade shows, showcasing our products and services.
  • Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals, translating product features into customer benefits in a consultative and solution-oriented manner.
  • *Technical Recommendations: *Develop the ability to convey complex technical equipment recommendations to clients in a clear and persuasive manner.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED Equivalent and/or 2+ years of data entry experience -- required
  • Strong time management and organizational skills with a focus on quality.
  • Ability to work independently or within a team, under moderate pressure.
  • Ability to travel 10% annually for trade shows.
  • Proficiency in general office skills, excellent communication skills, and moderate computer proficiency, including the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with HubSpot CRM -- desired, but not required
