Responsibilities
- Complete work orders as a dispatched technician to troubleshoot/repair/install residential and commercial HVAC and ventilation systems
- Repair/replace/calibrate controls, thermostats, switches, fuses, and electrical wiring related to HVAC systems
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems
- Take care of company vehicle and equipment
- Collaborate on HVAC aspects of construction projects
- Provide on-the-job training for maintenance staff
- Other projects as assigned to help Birgo improve lives through real estate
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in HVAC
- Able to complete repairs independently
- Skilled in a secondary trade preferred
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Valid driver's license and satisfactory MVR
- Lift and carry 50 pounds without assistance
- Ability to travel frequently
- Safely utilize power tools
- Work in confined spaces; ascend and descend ladders and staircases
