Those in internal change and communication at PwC will be responsible for developing and implementing effective communication and change strategies and initiatives targeted at internal stakeholders within the organisation. You will focus on fostering clear and consistent communication channels to inform, engage, and align employees with the organisation's goals, values, and initiatives.

The Opportunity
As part of the Corporate Affairs and Communication team you develop communication strategies and messaging for leadership. As a Senior Manager you lead large projects and innovate processes, focusing on achieving results and maintaining operational excellence. You craft impactful speeches, presentations, and content for diverse audiences, working closely with senior executives to convey the firm's vision, strategy, and key initiatives.

What You Must Have
High School Diploma
6 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
Bachelor's Degree in English Literature, Journalism, Communications Studies/Speech Communication and Rhetoric, or Marketing preferred
Proficiency in speech writing and executive communication
Proven ability in developing impactful content
Collaborative work with executives and specialists
Excelling in research and analysis of industry trends
Innovating speech writing processes and techniques
Managing multiple projects with exceptional delivery
Providing coaching on presentation styles
Serving as the principal writer for internal and external communications

The salary range for this position is: $89,000 - $315,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
