DESCRIPTION OF WORK As part of this role, you will be responsible for directly interacting with customers to verify their identification, assist them in completing application forms, and input their information into an online driver license application software. Additionally, you will be administering standardized knowledge tests to assess the applicant's understanding of the Vehicle Code, driving laws, and traffic control devices. A vision screening using a telebinocular instrument will also be conducted to evaluate the visual acuity of all applicants. Your main task will involve entering applicant test results and customer applications into online software systems using a PC terminal. It is crucial that you strictly adhere to the Customer Service Policy of Driver and Vehicle Services. You will also be responsible for ensuring the correct fee waiver code is used and properly documented whenever a fee waiver is required for a customer transaction, in compliance with the Fee Waiver Guidelines. Finally, you may be assigned other related duties as required.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
Full-time employment, 80 hours bi-weekly Work hours are 8:15 AM to 4:45 PM, Tuesday - Saturday, with a 30-minute lunch. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: One year of experience obtaining, evaluating, and providing information to the public.
