Our Enrollment Management team is seeking a Director of Enrollment Management Systems. Reporting to the Associate Vice Provost for Student Financials and Enrollment Systems, you will guide and contribute to the ongoing development and evolution of a core student information system, while leading a knowledgeable and innovative team within one of the most creative and entrepreneurial institutions in higher education. This is a hybrid position providing a combination of on-site and remote working opportunities.

Core Responsibilities: Lead strategic initiatives to proactively adapt to industry changes and meet the ongoing needs of business partners. Develop and optimize team structure and skills to focus on efficient and sustainable processes that minimize time to market and ongoing maintenance. Stay informed of industry trends, best practices, and campus needs to ensure the team is well-prepared for evolving landscapes. Foster positive relationships with key partners to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. Champion and actively prioritize technical solutions aligned with the University's strategic plan.

Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in relevant field; Master's Degree preferred. 8-10 years of demonstrated experience leading a development life cycle across both front-end and back-end technology frameworks. Experience interacting and engaging with key business and technical partners at all levels of the organization; preferably in a college or university setting. Strong communication skills and history of successful change management. The ability to assimilate and understand a broad range of technologies and deliver sustainable and configurable solutions. The ability to visualize, understand and articulate opportunities for partners. Familiarity with Agile methodologies. The ability to navigate fluid situations effectively amid evolving demands and competing priorities. A combination of education and relevant experience from which comparable knowledge is demonstrated may be considered.
