ABOUT THE ROLE We’re looking for a Team Lead to be the “go to” for the daily unit operations of our Residential Treatment Facility for Adults (RTFA) team. Your main responsibility will be to the people we serve, ensuring that policies and procedures are followed, and that benchmarks for performance are met in an efficient and effective manner. As such, you’ll be leading the weekend staff by managing/assigning tasks and ensuring tasks are followed through. You will also be communicating with supervisors to ensure that there is continuity of care from the weekends into business days.
The Residential Treatment Facility for Adults serves adults with mental illness who need more support following a psychiatric hospitalization. The RTFA assists these adults with building coping skills and providing support with discharge planning.
