The Omni William Penn Hotel Coffee House Attendant in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania
Probationary rate: $14.72 /3 month rate $15.53/ 6 month rate $16.35
This person is responsible for providing excellent customer service to all guests, taking beverage and food orders, brewing gourmet coffee and other specialty beverages, to sell sandwiches, snacks, espresso and specialty beverages, up selling and suggestive selling items, accurately processing cash, credit transactions and maintaining a balanced bank, stock condiment trays, coffee station, display cases and refrigerators, clean areas, printing reports at the end of the shift, know and adhere to all liability laws Must present Food handlers ServSafe and RAMP certifications. Position requires standing, walking, lifting and bending throughout shift. Must be able to to work all shifts, including AM & PM Shifts.
