POSITION PURPOSE:

  • The Clinical Relief Pool (CRP) is a group of professionals who are available to provide temporary or substitute staffing. The primary function of the Clinical Relief Pool (CRP) is to provide immediate safety and supportive counseling in a recovery environment for persons served. These interventions may include case management, skills building, supportive counseling, drug and alcohol services, and linkage to appointments and community resources.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Flexibility: Being available to work on short notice or during time of high demand to fill staffing gaps due t o vacations, illnesses, or other reasons. Versatility: Being able to adapt to different clinical settings, such as hospitals, clinics, long-term care facilities, or other healthcare settings, and provide quality care regardless of the environment Clinical Competency: Possessing the necessary skills and qualifications to perform clinical duties effectively and safely in various healthcare settings Teamwork/Communication Skills: Collaborating with all team members to ensure continuity of care. Adherence to Policies and Procedures: Following all organizational policies, procedures, and protocols related to patient care, documentation, and safety. Documentation: Maintaining accurate and thorough documentation daily. Professionalism: Demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and ethical behavior in all interactions with persons served, and colleagues.

MINIMUM QUAIFICATIONS:

  • Master’s degree in psychology, Social Work, or Human Services plus 1 year of paid relevant experience OR Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services and 3 years of paid relevant experience.

  • Act 33/34/73 clearances.

  • Pre-Employment Physical/TB/Hep B

  • Pre-employment Drug Screen

  • Valid driver’s license

  • Ability to drive an organization vehicle/van

POSITION HIGHLIGHTS/BENEFITS:

WORK SCHEDULE: This is a Non-Exempt (hourly) position. Shifts are dependent upon program needs; but fall within Monday through Friday 8:00 am until 4:00 pm with flexibility to meet consumers’ needs. Non-traditional hours (evenings/weekends/holidays) may be required. Must work a minimum of 5 shifts per month
