Description:
Position Purpose:
The CIRCA (Child Crisis Residential) Team Lead will work in conjunction with the Program Supervisor to maximize clinical performance of the Child Crisis Residential program and provides clinical direction and support to residential staff. The Team Lead provides counseling and behavioral support through the use of psycho-educational groups and milieu maintenance with children and adolescents in a residential setting, including goal and objective reviews, socialization activities, assisting with daily living skill s and providing individual and crisis prevention interventions
What You Will Do:
Monitor clinical workflow of the unit
Admit and integrate the resident into the CIRCA Program
Manager consumer urgencies and emergencies
Assist in scheduling medical and non-medical appointments, and transport residents when necessary by using agency van
Perform all assigned chart audits
Minimum Qualifications:
Master’s Degree in Human/Social Services and 3 years of direct care experience
Bachelor's Degree in Human/Social Services and 5 years of mental health direct care experience, 2 of which include supervisory experience.
Psychiatric Residential setting experience preferred
Valid Driver’s License required and ability to drive an organization vehicle
Pre-Employment Drug Screen, Act 33/34/73 clearances

Schedule: This is a Non-Exempt (hourly) position
Tuesday – Saturday: 8am – 4pm
On call rotation (once every 4 weeks. $50/day)
