HOW WILL YOU MAKE CHANGE HAPPEN

Looking for a highly skilled Agile Business Analysts or Product Owners to ensure strong delivery. Deliver in-depth analysis and assessment of overall data sets to be turned into requirements and solutions to support the overall Enterprise Change Journey efforts. Actively engage with a wide variety of roles across Client to elicit, and document specific requirements in the form of User Stories and testable Acceptance Criteria to define solutions within the Enterprise Change Journey.

YOU WILL:

Work in close collaboration with Product Managers/Owners, agile teams, developers, designers, and testers to ensure the business needs are well documented and understood.

Work with the testing team during the test phase to ensure that solution is accurate and free of bugs and issues.

Collaborate with the Enterprise Change Office training and Organizational Change Management as a subject matter expert to ensure the materials produced will effectively prepare our customers to use the proposed solutions.

Provide applicable knowledge transfer through mentorship, coaching and information sharing to ensure appropriate transition.

Adhere to the Change Methodology framework while producing deliverables.

IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:

Experience developing detailed requirements for custom development as well as writing acceptance criteria using Gherkin.

Experience developing process flows.

Ability to work independently, driving the work as a Lead BA, with minimal guidance from their Client SME.

Ability to consider the user experience with respect to happy path / alternate paths and work with the UX Designer to develop a comprehensive solution.

CBAP certification would be a huge plus TRANSFORMING CLIENTS. TRANSFORMING CAREERS.
