job summary:

AutoCAD Drafter for a leading manufacturer of custom processing equipment based in Carnegie, PA. This position is responsible for creating drawings for custom heavy steel equipment. To be considered - must have experience creating drawings in AutoCAD for heavy industrial equipment.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience creating manufacturing drawings in AutoCAD

• Experience creating drawings for heavy industrial equipment heavy steel is preferred)

• Familiar with typical metal fabrication methods and materials

Preferred:

• Autodesk Inventor experience

• Two (2) year technical degree or Four (4) year engineering degree

work hours: 8am to 4pm

responsibilities:

• Create AutoCAD drawings for heavy steel equipment

• Work with engineers to create general arrangement and/or shop detail drawings

• Create drawings under specified timeline requirements

• Provide accurate and timely equipment approval drawings; and fabrication details

• Perform necessary calculations as required by product lines.

• Manage multiple projects in various phases
