Assistant Project Manager (P.J. Dick Incorporated/ Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Prepare technical plans, specifications, design elements, and reports specific to the construction of commercial building structures. Plan, organize, and coordinate assigned engineering work. The position requires, at a minimum, a Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering, Construction Management, or a related Engineering field; 3 years' experience in the job offered or a related occupation; understanding of technical plans, specifications, design elements and reports specific to construction of commercial building structures; experience with structural and design analysis; experience with cost estimating; and experience in pre-project planning by preparing construction schedules, submittal schedules, meeting schedules, etc. Applicants must also be willing to travel to and work at various unanticipated project sites throughout Allegheny County, PA.
