Administrative Professional Coordinator
The incumbent will be responsible for administrative assistance including pre and post grant administration, purchasing/reimbursement, finance and office activities. The incumbent will also be responsible for collaborating with the administrative team in the Department of Computational and Systems Biology to assist with strategic projects; daily and long-term operational tasks; and other duties as assigned by supervisor.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in using SharePoint, OneDrive, Excel, other essential Microsoft Office tools and Acrobat. Familiarity of Pitt systems is preferred but not required.
