Administrative Coordinator - GSPIA Dean's Office
The incumbent will be responsible for high level administrative support including payroll, human resources, and finance. The incumbent will also be responsible for collaborating with the administrative team in GSPIA to document procedures and assist with strategic projects, daily and long term operational tasks, financial analysis and systems support (Concur,etc...).
The ideal candidate will be experienced in using SharePoint, OneDrive, Excel and other essential Microsoft Office tools. Familiarity of Pitt systems is preferred but not required.
