Our client, a newly established metal manufacturing company in the U.S. , is looking for a motivated Bilingual in Mandarin Production Coordinator (Production Support Specialsit | Manufacturing Coordinator) to help build and streamline their operations in Pittsburg, CA. This role is crucial to ensuring production goals are met while upholding safety and quality standards. Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin is required to communicate effectively with the team. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist the Production Manager in maintaining production schedules and ensuring compliance with company standards.

• Collaborate with the Production and Warehouse teams on daily operations.

• Manage staffing levels and employee shift schedules.

• Lead and enforce work safety training, ensuring all safety regulations are followed.

• Keep the production area organized and ensure cleanliness is maintained.

• Follow safety protocols, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

• Perform additional tasks as directed by the Production Manager.

• Mandarin proficiency is a must for effective communication with team members.

Qualification Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.

• Minimum of 1 year of management experience.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

• Bilingual in Mandarin is required for effective team interaction.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage time effectively.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

• Must wear protective equipment, such as hard hats and safety glasses, when required.

• Comfortable working in a noisy manufacturing environment with exposure to varying temperatures and dust.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected Hours: 40 hours per week

Schedule:

• 8-hour shift

• Monday to Friday

Pay Details: $23.00 to $25.00 per hour
